The latest patch 1.3.0 was received negatively by the community. Two days later, Blizzard rolled out hotfixes to address the feedback. Here’s a quick summary.

The patch addressed performance issues, Echo of Malphas, Senechal, and Vaults.
Echo of
Malphas updates:
- Level
raised from 85 to 100
- Health pool
raised by 30%.

Vaults and
Arcane Tremors updates:

of Warding at a statue of Zoltun Kulle now grants 10 buff stacks instead of 3.
- Stacks cap
increased from 300 to 999.
- The period
of losing stacks has been increased from 1 sec to 1.5 sec which will decrease
the stacks loss rate.

Malphas will always drop a Legendary item starting at Level 26 - with 15%
chance of dropping a second one.

of Elemental Grates and Spikes have been reduced by 15%.

The Senechal updates addressed the new crafting stones. Crafting stones cost 200 stone and 20 Iron chunks, while max level stones give 150-200 Shattered Stones. You can also get the stones for completing Whispers, killing Son of Malphas, and by opening Senechal Stone Crates.
Blizzard
also fixed several annoying bugs, including damage and visuals desync in Vaults,
and addressed performance issues that 1.3.0 introduced.
